The run was an eye opener for me....time to get back in shape... do a little spring cleaning haha

A work out that my friend and I are starting to do every other day just to keep us moving

Bonus points for being able to do it in my tiny studio!

The Box Routine
30 jumping jacks
5 push ups
50 knee highs (25 each leg)
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 push ups
10 crunches
5 push ups
7 squats
30 jumping jacks
1 minute wall sit
5 push ups
50 knee highs (25 each leg)
repeat 3-5 times

Bikini Time is coming... and i'm gonna be ready
